Roy Sher is the director of a musical documentary dealing with the fascinating and unconventional life, as well as the music, of Roza Eskenazy. The final shooting of the film, which is titled My Sweet Canary, will take place in Salonica, together with a concert for the 30th anniversary of the death of Roza Eskenazy. In this concert, Greek, Turkish and Israeli musicians will play together well-known and unknown songs from the repertoire of Roza Eskenazy. The concert is held with the kind support of the 12th Thessaloniki Documentary Festival and ERT (Hellenic Broadcasting Corporation).
